Data we collect
Request form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), pick-up and delivery locations, type of service, approximate weight and the text of your message. To prevent abuse we also record the IP address and browser type at the time of submission.
Visit statistics: pages visited, clicks on the main buttons, language, device type (mobile or desktop) and referring site. We do not store the IP address in these statistics.
Purposes and legal basis
We use the form data only to answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Anonymous statistics help us understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party advertising tools. To count visits we use a temporary random identifier stored in the browser session, which disappears when the tab is closed.
The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps and may set its own cookies when loaded.

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal obligations. Visit statistics are not linked to identifiable persons.
